Cleanliness
The shop appeared clean and tidy.
What's on offer
Nuts, crisps, dried mangoes, biscuits looking like Oreos but with different name, sauces, amongst other items.
Price
Most items between £1 and £2.50
Credit cards
I saw no signs about taking or not taking cards and could not see a machine.
Atmosphere
Quiet on a Saturday lunchtime.
Service
The man serving was quiet, offered help, fairly chatty with a customer.

I had the most insulting and rudest encounter with the lady shopkeeper/shop owner today as I used the shop to purchase few Filipino goods. I had asked, as you normally would do being a customer especially when you don't know where everything is, "where is your coconut milk?" I asked and wondered and she replied, very sarcastically, "tingin tingin lang PO Ma'am, Gaya sa Sainsburys!" I actually, did not like her tone, for me her respond was purely a refusal to help. Such a rude statement to say to a customer. I wasn't happy at all. To add to this, she did not even look at my face/eye contact was missing when I was paying, and did not give a smile.
The customer service was rubbish, the shopkeeper/owner doesn't have interpersonal skills, shop itself is so disorganised, not too much choice for me and very expensive compared to the one in Golders Green.
I won't go there again. I don't mind paying a bit more for as long as I am treated fairly by the so called owner of the shop - rudeness is an appalling behaviour especially for people who are supposed to be enticing you and your friends to become their regular customers.
No, no way Jose! I will NEVER go there again NOT after this encounter.

* convenient and accessible location: along Burnt Oak Broadway, bright enough and easily seen
* Good products available: there are frozen goods, chilli leaves, condiments, snacks, sweets, ginisa mix, even pancake mix. It may look kinda empty but their products are varied. Like a little of everything so youll have lots of choices
* Understandable prices: ive been to another Filipino store here in London, and their prices are just somehow the same.
* Cashless transaction available
Will definitely come back if i run out of toyo and suka or crave for sampalok.
Will definitely recommend.
