Excellent service 5 star Beef with sirloin 5 stars Excellent flavour Aubergine with omelette 5 stars Calamansi juice very refreshing on a hot day i had 2. Milkfish.....4 stars......but was my friends dish Mango and shrimp paste ....my least liked dish it was too sharp for me in the combination 3 stars. Overall 4 stars......very reasonable price.....good place for a date.
Our first time trying Filipino food, and what a great experience! We ordered the Tapsilog, Arrozcaldo, and a drink I’d never tried before called Sago’t Gulaman (I think!). I mentioned to the waitress that it was my first time having it, so she kindly brought me a small glass to try before I committed to a full drink, such a thoughtful touch! There was a bit of a wait for the food, but nothing too significant. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, and the whole experience really captured the warmth and hospitality Filipino culture is known for. There were so many other dishes and desserts we wanted to try, but we were absolutely stuffed by the end! Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more.
The staff members were always friendly and attentive, even during the peak periods. The food was brought out quickly and I really REALLY liked the dishes overall. The restaurant was clean and decorated nicely too. We ordered fried siomai, special pancit, pancit palanbok, lumpia Shanghai, and Kara Kare na Lechon for our food. I specially enjoyed the kare kare and palabok and couldn’t recommend them enough. All of it was flavourful, arrived quickly, and came in such large portions that we had to take them out with us. The prices were more than reasonable considering the portions. As for the drinks, the lychee juice and mango juice I had were sweet, cold, and very refreshing. The bathroom was also clean which is always a plus :) I liked it so much that I’m happy to rate it 5 stars. Though just a note that might be helpful to other customers: we were sat in the chairs just past the desk area and while sitting inside it got quite cold. I’d suggest bringing a jacket with you during the colder seasons.
Came here on a weekday for lunch and it was still busy. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I love the fried fish brunch plate. There were so many dishes on the menu I had never heard of. I love how many of the dessert options had pandan flavour. The pandan ice cream actually tasted of toasted coconut bot just green flavour.
2nd time here, food is still very delicious! We had some tuna lumpia and tokwa baboy for starters (lumpia is not in the picture cause we finished them so quick. I'm not a big tuna eater, but that tuna lumpia was soooo good!) Tokwa baboy brings me back to Philippines. We also had palabok, chicken sisig, and mango calamansi chicken for main. Everything was delicious, but the mango calamansi chicken was a bit too mango-ish for my liking. However, it was still really nice! For dessert, of course we had ube cake! We also tried the new ube liqueur and an ube cocktail, the ube flavour is really there! We also had some to go of foods we didn't get to finish and some desserts like puto, leche flan, and more ube cake. Shout out to our very nice and accommodating server Patricia! The experience was better cause of you!
