I had a disappointing experience with the Filipino staff agency. I requested their services for cleaners, but the two individuals they sent were unskilled and made significant mistakes, such as leaving the gas on the hob. Moreover, they failed to complete even the most basic cleaning tasks like taking out the bins and cleaning kitchen tops and bathroom sinks, cleaner not turning up or last minute changes to her schedule making us wait a further 3 days. When I raised my concerns with the director, Elliot Wise, he displayed a dismissive attitude, claiming the issue was out of their hands and suggesting it was my problem for choosing their agency. This response was not only unhelpful but also quite unpleasant. In summary, I cannot recommend this agency, and I advise others to consider the risks before applying for their services.

Just completely stopped replying. I'm trying to book a cleaner and they can't be bothered to respond. Odd, rude and unhelpful.

A fantastic company to deal with.
They were very responsive to all my questions and supplied a wonderful lady to care for my elderly mother.
They went over and above to make us feel comfortable and the lady they supplied was incredibly kind, considerate and caring towards my mum.
Nothing was too much trouble
I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing any form of home help or care.

Phoned up three times, but they don't have the curtesy to phone back at all. And it wasn't just me I was phoning for, if they were helpful, I was have passed on the details to a Lord and Lady, but that won't happen if they can't even be polite.

I found Care Wise to be very helpful and very understanding when it came to looking for 2 ladies to live -in and assist my very unwell family member.
I would recommend them highly. They were literally life-savers.
