I had a disappointing experience with the Filipino staff agency. I requested their services for cleaners, but the two individuals they sent were unskilled and made significant mistakes, such as leaving the gas on the hob. Moreover, they failed to complete even the most basic cleaning tasks like taking out the bins and cleaning kitchen tops and bathroom sinks, cleaner not turning up or last minute changes to her schedule making us wait a further 3 days. When I raised my concerns with the director, Elliot Wise, he displayed a dismissive attitude, claiming the issue was out of their hands and suggesting it was my problem for choosing their agency. This response was not only unhelpful but also quite unpleasant. In summary, I cannot recommend this agency, and I advise others to consider the risks before applying for their services.
