The purpose of the Community is to promote the Filipino culture, values, and heritage among its members and the wider community; to foster mutual support, friendship, and cooperation among Filipinos living in the UK; and to engage in charitable and humanitarian activities that benefit the Filipino community and other causes.
Membership is only open to a Filipino citizen or person of Filipino descent, any person who is married to or in a civil partnership with a Filipino citizen or person of Filipino descent who resides in Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre UK.
Membership will also be granted to a person not related to a Filipino nor a resident of Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre (as long as living within the UK) provided he/she supports the aims and activities of the Community.
