Trendy restaurant with a bakery section inside. Tried the duck which was okay and the skewers were nice. I came excited for the dessert and ordered the one knafeh sundae and ube brownie sundae. However, instead of the knafeh sundae came the ube knafeh Matilda cake, which was delicious as the cake was moist and warm. After realising the mistake, I informed the waiter who admitted fault and then the manager came and brought over the correct item and threw the Matilda one away. Extremely disappointed from the food waste as I would assume any nice person would let you keep it, instead of wasting a perfectly fine dessert. Anyway, the brownie was very dry, with huge chunks of nuts in, which is fine if you like that. And in the knafeh sundae you could just taste massive layers of just ube sauce. Much preferred the one bite of the Matilda cake, so would recommend that

The service at Kasa and Kin in London was good and staff were attentive and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant. The food, however, was fairly basic and just okay overall. The kare-kare in particular was a bit disappointing, as the meat was quite hard and would have been much better if it were more tender.
Another downside is the pricing. The food felt too pricey for what you get, especially the jug of calamansi juice, which was £25 and hard to justify. Overall, a decent experience mainly because of the good service, but there’s room for improvement, especially in food quality and value for money.

Great food and excellent service. The staff were so fast and efficient we probably left quicker than normal. Ordered a sisig and a grill and some ube ice-cream. The ice-cream was quite large we could have shared. The portion sizes of the main meals were not huge but sufficient. Great flavours. Would like to try something from the bakery next time.
Seating area feels very open and a bit like a canteen. The juice was also very tasty
